Miss Hoppertunity ("Poppy") is a 2020 Thoroughbred mare standing 16.0 hands. She is Holsteiner Verband-approved and offers an exceptional combination of athleticism and temperament.

Poppy raced for two years, retired sound, approved and bred to Holsteiner stallion Ling Island T, had a lively colt in 2025.​ She is great for both the veterinarian and farrier. Poppy returned to work under saddle during the late winter/spring of 2026 and has shown excellent potential as either a hunter or an event horse, but could go in any direction.

She is steady, sensible, and confidently developing strength through her topline. She hacks quietly with no spook and has been introduced to jumping, though we are taking our time to build a solid foundation on the flat before advancing her training. As Poppy continues to progress in her training, her price will increase accordingly.
